- 2-4 pound Boneless Pork Loin Roast
- 3 Tbsp. dill seed
- 1 Tbsp. fennel seed
- ½ tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. lemon pepper
- ¼ tsp. onion powder
- ¼ tsp. garlic powder

- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Combine seasonings together and coat roast with mixture.
- Roast in a shallow pan for 40 minutes-1 1/2 hour (20 minutes per pound), until internal temperature reads 145°F.
- Let roast rest 10 minutes before slicing to serve.
