  • 1 (12-oz.) bottle ale beer
  • ¾ cup olive oil
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. roasted garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. sea salt
  • 1 Tbsp. cracked black pepper
  • 1 tsp. mustard powder
  • 1 ½ lb. Boneless Pork Loin Roast, cut into 4 chops

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients except pork in bowl.
  2. Add chops, making sure to coat all sides. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
  3. Heat grill to medium-high.
  4. Grill chops until internal temperature reaches 145°F. Let stand 3 minutes before serving.
