- 8 Hot Smoked Polish Sausage Links
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 lb. diced potatoes
- 1/2 lb. sauerkraut
- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
- 8 Hoagie Rolls
- 4 oz. Golden Brown Mustard

- Slice links on the bias into 3/4 inch pieces. Set aside.
- Heat skillet over medium high heat; add oil and fry potatoes till browned. Add sausage, salt, pepper, sauerkraut and caraway seeds, till heated through.
- Place in hoagie roll and top with Golden Brown mustard. Serve.
