• 8 Hot Smoked Polish Sausage Links
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 lb. diced potatoes
  • 1/2 lb. sauerkraut
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
  • 8 Hoagie Rolls
  • 4 oz. Golden Brown Mustard

  1. Slice links on the bias into 3/4 inch pieces. Set aside.
  2. Heat skillet over medium high heat; add oil and fry potatoes till browned. Add sausage, salt, pepper, sauerkraut and caraway seeds, till heated through.
  3. Place in hoagie roll and top with Golden Brown mustard. Serve.
